Cancellation and Return Policy
1.0) If you wish to cancel your order, you can:
(a) Simply cancel the order at any point during the checkout
procedure. If you abandon the checkout procedure mid-way through, the order
status may default to a "cancelled order" and you will need to add
your products to the cart again in order to complete check out at a later time.
(b) Notify us by sending an e-mail at any time, quoting your
order number. If your goods have not been shipped, which is usually within 24
hours, we will refund the full order amount by your original payment method as
soon as possible, usually within 5 working days, but no longer than 30 days.
(c) Where goods have already been shipped to you, you can return
the goods to us in accordance with clause (2.0) below. We will issue a returns
number. No returns will be accepted without a valid returns number.
(1.1) Please note that any custom-made parts, or specially
ordered items are excluded from our returns policy but are not excluded from
clause (3.0).
(2.0) This is subject to the items being unused and in a
re-saleable condition including any retail packaging. We cannot refund the
shipping charges or custom clearance charges for which the goods were shipped
to you. All shipping, custom clearance costs and risk of returning goods
to us shall be borne by you. We will issue you with a returns number. No
returns will be accepted without a valid returns number.
(2.1) Upon receipt of the goods in the condition they were in
when delivered to you, we will issue a refund for the amount. Shipping charges,
customs clearance or any other miscellaneous charges incurred would be
deducted from the refund. We would be happy to issue an exchange or credit as
required.
(2.2) The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in
clause (2.1) will not apply if the product has been used, or that the product
is not returned in a re-saleable condition including all retail packaging. In
this case, no refund will be issued, and you will be contacted to arrange
return of the items. This return shipping shall be at the sole expense of the
customer.
(3.0) If the product develops a fault within six months of
purchase, please notify us by sending an e-mail, quoting your order number. We
will issue you with a returns number. No returns will be accepted without a
valid returns number. The goods can then be returned to us for inspection. The
costs and risk of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. If the goods are
found to be faulty, you will be issued with an identical replacement product,
or if an identical product is not available, we will endeavor to provide you
with a suitable replacement item of similar or greater value.
(4.0) We strictly follow the above process for all cancellations
and returns, if any customer raises a dispute or claim in pay pal without
adhering to our cancellation and return policy, and in the event, if our
payments are withheld with pay pal, we will calculate the rate of interest for
the funds on hold with pay pal at 10.75% for every 90 days till the time period
the funds have been released from pay pal. Additional pay pal currency exchange
fees or any charges incurred towards completion of the pay pal claim will also
be borne by the customer for defaulting the process of returns. All above
mentioned charges will be debited from the balance amount which is due to the
customer after the agreed and returned goods have been received, inspected, and
found to be in pristine and re-sellable condition.
